Executive Profiles
Arnie Leto, President
Arnold Leto founded IAS in 2005 with a single Cirrus SR22. Through his experienced leadership the company now has 16 aircraft under his management, and has achieved a perfect safety record while bringing the convenience and efficiency of chartered air travel to hundreds of executive clients.
Prior to starting IAS, Arnold attended college in Colorado, where he earned his B.S. in Aviation Technology with a minor in Meteorology. A pilot since the age of 16, Arnold is now a certified instructor and has amassed thousands of hours of flight time in a multitude of piston and turboprop aircraft. His determination to deliver a quality charter experience to his clients is equaled only by his passion for travel, and for being a great father to his daughters.
Zach Rutlegde, Director of Sales
Zach Rutledge’s business background, including three years as Sales Manager at a Fortune 500 company, has prepared him to prosper in his position at IAS. However, he also has an understanding of the aviation side of the business, having completed his commercial flight training at Arizona’s Pan Am Flight Academy in 2005. A graduate of the University of Redlands in California, Zach enjoys scuba diving when away from the office, and traveling with his wife.
Gregory Roger, Pilot
Over the past 29 years, Gregory B. Roger has logged over 17,000 flight hours in many turboprop and jet aircraft for several companies in Southern California and the Pacific Northwest. These include California Aviation, Western Executive Air, FlightCraft, and Toyota Motor Sales, USA. He now serves as a Boeing 737 400/NG line Captain with Alaska Airlines. When he’s not in the air, he enjoys tennis and snowboarding.
Erin Rudy, Pilot
Erin received her B.S. in Aeronautical Science from Arizona’s Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in 1991. An experienced charter pilot, line pilot and corporate pilot, she has logged more than 4,000 hours in a variety of PIC turbine and multi-engine craft. She currently serves as a flight instructor at Security Aviation in Hawthorne, CA, as well as the Van Nuys Flight Center and FlightSafety International in Long Beach.
Bill Campbell, Pilot
Bill Campbell has been flying for 17 years. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot’s certificate and has more than 4,500 hours of total flight time. Believing that passenger satisfaction requires more than a smooth, secure flight, Bill greets passengers with a smile and makes certain their comfort and safety are his top priority. As an advanced flight instructor experienced in search and rescue, Bill is proud to share with students the safe flying lessons he practices every time he Captains a flight.
